A immigration office is not evolved in the online reporting until after you finish and submit the application.

There are many reasons for getting that message. The common one is an error when competing page one. Check that you entered all the required fields correctly.

Tried it many times.  All info correct.  Maybe the site is down.  Will wait and try later. But thanks for your reply.

How can the site be "down" if you were able to enter your data?

Allow me to explain.  I entered my data on page 1.

However, when I press " submit", it provides the notice to visit local immigration office.    Therefore I cannot get to page 2.

Secondly, if you go to the Thailand immigration site for anything, including 90 day online reporting, it clearly states that the site is down.

Yesterday, I tried numerous times to complete the process, using several browsers.  It didn't work.

Perhaps you could try and let me know how you get on.image.png.782be0a895bd153b1ad085a2efe5d977.png

If you get the "Contact your local immigration" message then there is probably a mismatch between the data you have entered and the data held by immigration about you, or you are outside the allowed reporting window.

There is nothing on

https://www.immigration.go.th/en/#serviceonline website to say any service is unavailable. It all works as normal.

Secondly, what has the "Office of the Civil Service Commission" website got to do with online 90 day reporting?

I just went on the site, clicked accept on the first page and got to the second page using Chrome with a Thai IP.

Try this address to take you to the 2nd page.

https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm

Not sure how you got that message it is down. When it is really down Chrome does the error.

Firstly i am not outside the window of reporting.  I have been doing this for many years and the information is correct.  I have clicked on your link above and the images clearly show that the website is offline.   I never quoted "office of the Civil Service Commission"

I have added images step by step from your link to show you what happens.   Why do you not try a test to try and see if you can get past page 1 of the 90 day online reporting.   If you get through, then please let me know how.   STEP 1 from your link.   If you click on the centre of the 1st image (green and yellow box), you get image 5.  If you click on the X on the centre image of my image 1 and then click on the X on the background image of my image 1 it brings you to my images 2, 3 and 4.

I hope that explain=s what i have been doing to make the statement that the site seems to be down.   Try completing image 4 of mine on your own to see if you can get past page 1 of the on line submission.

This is what I get after entering the first page of my personal data and pressing submit. My report is due mid September, so I am not within the allowable reporting window so this error message is expected. Hope you eventually manage to get it done online. Best of luck.

Tried it using Androidphone/tablet/Mac/windows.  sgtill getting this message.

That message can come up for many reasons.

The newest problems people have had is that they did a report in person and it was not recorded in the online system and they have applied for a new extension of stay since the last report and it was not entered in the reporting system that causes it to reject it for being on a overstay.

You could try installing the mobile app that gives different messages other than the one message. It will inform you are on a overstay or outside the reporting window (false if you did a report in person since the last one)

Links for them follow.

Android app is here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.go.immigration.immeService&hl=en

Apple app: https://apps.apple.com/th/app/imm-eservice/id1464624948

You are absolutely  correct.   Just been down there to renew 90 day report.  Asked for some help as to why on line was not working for me.  Simple....Renewed my retirement extension 43 days before due date.   90 day reporting fell some 16 days after the 43 days but well short of actual renewal of retirement,

Thus, did the 90 day report online before the actual retirement renewal and it worked.   So, now I know in future for next year what the procedure will be when renewing 90 day report online after my actual retirement date extension.   Thank you for all your help and  patience:-)

NB: the link  https://apps.apple.com/th/app/imm-eservice/id1464624948  seems to only apply for IPAD.  and not MAC......just tried it.

It will only work on a mobile device such as a Ipad or IPhone.

There is not ap for a mac. On Mac you using Safari you may to install a user agent to emulate internet explorer.

See: https://www.dummies.com/web-design-development/how-to-activate-user-agent-switcher-in-safari/
