Latest Please On Thai Mobiles Roaming In Uk

Featured Replies

I have 1-2 Call mobile with card top up in Thailand and want to go to UK for 6 weeks soon. What do I do about call roaming, payments and what is best cost wise? I want to use it in UK for local calls, call to call other Thai mobile and to call Thailand voice and SMS.

Use this Sim or get one in UK? What is cost these days in UK? What is role of T-mobile and Vodaphone agents in UK.

Local office here not very good English and I dont speak Thai, but something about roaming automatic OK use *131*44...number......# to make UK call at 40-58 baht minute??

1-2-call no English on web site now.

Thanks for help.

Call 1175 or send email to [email protected] and they will provide you with all the details you require.

You need to register for international roaming.

Calls to/from Thailand will be 55 baht/min.

Received SMSes are free, sent SMSes are ~ 15 baht each. Locals made/received will be ~ 78 baht/min.

To make a call, let's say back to a mobile phone number in Thailand: *131*668nnnnnnnn# Send, wait for a call-back.

To send an SMS use the normal procedure: +668nnnnnnnn Send

Balance check: *121# Send (same as in Thailand)

Call AIS call center: *122# Send, wait for call-back

Top-up (with scratch card): *120*13 digit PIN# Send

Get a local SIM.
