I saw something on the TAT website that states vaccinations are not required, masks are - so is the Thai Chana app but nothing else. It appears to depend on what provinces you are traveling around. Get record of vaxc, even if it was only one. Even an appointment for future will do as an explanation. Carry with you atk's and do them on the spot, if required.
