According to officials, 16 districts in Ayutthaya have been hard hit by the worst floods seen in the province since 2011. The four districts most affected downstream of the Chao Phraya Dam in Ayutthaya include Phak Hai, Sena, Bang Ban, and Bang Sai. Time the PM got together with some knowledgeable people and started to thrash-out a nationwide infrastructure plan for water management.
