I want to exchange THB to Paypal USD

I need to buy something with Paypal but my card that is linked to Paypal doesn't have enough cash on it. I have another card but I don't want to link it to Paypal for security reasons (it's my savings card that I never use online). So I'm looking for a way to replenish Paypal balance with THB by a bank transfer but haven't found any yet.

Could anyone point me to a reputable online exchanger, or exchange THB->PP USD with me?

I need 1k USD.
