I think you are missing a few numbers. Area code maybe????

Tried from Bangkok, no answer at any number, though the fax number seems to be hooked up to a fax machine. Maybe try sending a fax?

Number you called from UK is correct, the first "2" (02 if calling from within Thailand) is the area code (land line in Bangkok).
