They received and stamped it just 2 days after I sent it out but needed 30 days to hand it over to the post office, so in addition (and As required by law) I went there in person just to receive a copy of the receipt from immigration. And for those having problems with the dreaded message to contact your local office only appears if you make an error when enter the the info. If not within the 90 day report window it gives a message stating that. A new problem for some is that they have done a new extension and it states you are on a overstay at some offices. It's not about using chrome or incorrect data entry or having recently done an extension or using app vs net etc etc Some think it's down to one being done in person or mail when online has one of it's "unavailable" rests. After that the data is not uploaded to online system by some offices. Whatever the reason, once your booted your R.....ed. At what time of the day did you do it? If it works for some and does not for others there must be a reason. But then, this is Thailand, so who knows what happens on server side... What could one do wrong on the first page to get the well known message? Will try on a smartphone later as a last resort, then I do the mail thing again. Sure, can go in person, but waste half a day to get there and back? Recall they took it down for what seemed to be an eternity to I suspect try and improve the integration interoperability and security between the legacy Imm system and the Online 90 day reporting system. I suspect (my best guess) is they broke it with new software implemented in the background services that link the two systems together. So forget about all your theories of what browser and what app that is all front end logic; it's the back end logic that is stuffed. From what I have experienced updated Imm records don’t get ported to the Online 90 day reporting system. I suspect that it’s not real time and runs as a scheduled batch update. The online 90 day reporting system is not designed effectively. As a registered user it should prepopulate all the form entries once your login credentials have been validated. At that point you would be able to see if any data entry fields are not current or invalid. That would allow you to contact the IT Imm Online 90 day reporting help desk (if they dam well had one) and have the form data source updated to reflect your current status. But of course if they did that it would see how incompetent they really are. Yes, some users are successful but give it time and they will be in the same positon as many of us like myself that had no issue for years, but then a total cluster #### But now I have given up on it as a time wasting exercise. The countless hours I have spent analyzing the network and the browser script execution are moments in my life I can never get back. BTW, I have emailed Imm Division on numerous occasions explaining the issue even with screen shots; deathly silence! Big sign in Promenada " 90 day report online is down ". Been that way since May2021 this time. Even the app does not work, but shows many of my historical online applications all approved. Spoke to immigration with my historical records printed out. Awwwwwww ...was the reply. " System down today". ???????????????????????????????????? The problem you have doing online reporting appears to depend upon the system the office you are reporting to now. There has been a discussion about it in the pinned topic for online reporting. Initial registration works well but then for the actual process: no success. I tried to insert different versions of information after the first failure but no matter what: It does not work...
