What does 20 years of work in a big international city buy the common man? The take away is RE for a Bangkok Thai professional making serious money is as expensive or more so than in all the most expensive cities in the world. For everyone else even a modest 3M THB condo is out if reach. Enter spouses, family gifts, large down payments, black money.
