They have been trying to change Pattaya's reputation for a long time now. Now they have covid they are using it as a guise to claim they are protecting it all the while they are intentionally destroying it to the point when they finally allow it to open there will be nothing left of it

I always felt 'not trying very hard'..... not exactly what happened to it in the Manila area many years ago.
