I need to renew my passport and want to do it online but need an IDPC passport photograph. Where in Chiang Mai can I get one?

There are 15 "PhotoMax" shops and many other franchises around.  Just Google!

You are not eligible to apply for your passport online while in Thailand.

You have to apply for it at the VFS office in Chiang Mai. See: https://www.gov.uk/overseas-passports

So why did you not download the App instead of trying to find a shop?
