Nor Prom app

Featured Replies

Hi All

I'm trying to register for the to nor prom app but it wont accept my UK passport number. I expect this is due to the Thai ID and UK passport number being different lengths. Have you had issues with this or are there any options to fix this?

Many Thanks

Toby

Only a 13 digit ID number will be accepted.

If you have a vaccination certificate it should have a 13 digit ID number on it.

My certificate was issued by the Department Of Public Health and has the following on it along with a QR code and it has the 13 digit ID number on it.

Moved to the Covid 19 forum.

Edit: It was moved by another mod while I was posting.

I put the 13 digit number from the yellow card plus my phone number. Still wouldn't work.

Just returned from Bangkok and nobody asked to see either the Mor Prom app or the yellow certificate. The dentist did ask if we had been vaccinated and took down what we told her but did not ask to see any evidence.

We both felt that the people seemed to have a more laissez faire attitude towards protocols than in our home Amper in Petchabun. Probably because they have had it up to the eyeballs already and are more resigned to the possibility of having to mix with hundreds of people as they go about their usual business.

You need a 13 digit number that you should have been given after your 2nd shot. That one will work, if you also registered you phone number in the vaccination info.

If you do not have a 13 digit code, you can get one at the hospital responsible for the vaccinations in the area you got your shots. You have to go to the administration office in the hospital.

If your phone number if not registered in the vaccination information in the computer system you will also have to add that at the same hospital.

After that is fixed you should be able to log in with your 13 digit number. Stands as a Thai ID number on your vaccination certificate.

done all that still wont work will wait booster or just leave
