hi, i could do with some advise, im on a non o marraige visa which will expire on 01/08/07 im stamped in until 13/08/07 but have some family coming over for august. just wondering if i were to do another run say in end june/july would they stamp me in for a fresh 90 day? or is it best just to go and get new visa end july?

The way I understand your post, you have a multiple-entry non-O visa that says it “must be utilized before 1 August 2007”. If you make another visa run not later than 31 July, you will be admitted again for 90 days.

Before these new 90 days are over you can, if you wish, apply at Immigration for a 60-day extension “to visit wife”.
