I am presently in the UK as my 1 years non O multi has expired along with my passport which i have just renewd.

I have a small business in Thailand which is as yet not registered, i presently have 3 years lease on the property. Is there any benefit in applying for the non B, which i will do a the Thai consulate in York. My lawyer in Thailand seems to think the non O is just as beneficial.

Are there any specific requirement for a non B.
