I wonder if any updates of Savannakhet visa in 2022? Has anybody tried to manage visa there this year?

Have seen nothing new about them issuing visas.

The problem at this time is being able to enter Laos. The land border crossing are still closed.

You can fly to Vientiane as part of a tour group.

    You can obtain a non O based on marriage or retirement in Thailand at immigration. 

    How did you enter Thailand.

    What extension etc do you currently have. 

    The land border between Mukdahan and Savannakhet is closed to visitors with no imminent signs of any reopening.
