Date of birth. Last 4 digits of the passport Scam or not?

They may install junk, bitcoin miners or other malware onto your devices. I did not reply.

With modern browsers, just opening the mail should not be a problem (though there has been malware in the past that can achieve system compromise with outdated browsers).
