I have had a Huawei Y9 phone with AIS SIM for many years, perfect, including some slow data connection. I had an AIS data package last year @ Bht 200 a month for 10Mb/s unlimited

Just bought a DTAC SIM, Bht 100 a month for 20Mb/s unlimited data which also works well EXCEPT that it cuts the AIS off to SOS only.

Any ideas anyone please.

Should be a setting for what you want your phone to do.Go into settings and look for SIM.

 

1. Calls- AIS (SIM 1 for example)

2. Data DTAC (Sim 2 for example)

 

See if that makes a difference.
