The Thai Medical Sciences Department has found four possible cases of infection by the BA.2.2 strain of the COVID-19 Omicron sub-variant in Thailand, but has asked the public not to panic because BA.2.2 is not yet regarded as a variant of concern, said the department’s head, Dr. Supakit Sirilak today (Monday).

Passenger bus driver who crashed in Saraburi on Saturday, killing 7 and injuring dozens, arrested for taking meth while driving

Russian embassy in Thailand blocks foreign media from attending press conference on Ukraine invasion

The Russian embassy in Thailand is due to hold a press conference for Thai-based media on Tuesday to clarify the “situation” in Ukraine and also remark on bilateral Thailand-Russia relations. However foreign media that registered for the event have seemingly had their request to attend denied despite early registration.

Thailand’s housing prices expected to rise by 5-8 percent in April
