Wireless rechargeble mouse for Macbook Air?

Bought Macbook Air last week 29600 baht with the education discount came with a free Apple USB/HDMI dongle. Don't fancy forking out 2-3k for an Apple mouse, or getting a piece of rubbish from China for 100 baht. Any decent one non battery available?

Don't know why you rubbish Chinese electronics so readily, this is not twenty years ago, you can buy good quality kit that lasts easily these days. That said, if you're going to be cheap, one hundred Baht will most likely get you rubbish; 5-600B on the other hand will buy a well-designed, durable, bluetooth enabled, USB-rechargeable mouse. Look on AliExpress or Lazada in that price range .

Wasn't the original that came with it made in China, whole or parts of ?

2-3k for a mouse ????  No rec, since you don't want from China & good luck finding something not from China.

See a bunch on LAZ, but from overseas ... oh well.

Depends how cheap go.  100 baht, I'd expect problems, maybe.   See some for 600-700 baht and well worth rolling the dice instead of silly Apple priced at 2-3k baht.  They're a bit full of themselves, and why they have a small market share.

That should read cheap electronics are rubbish  it doesn’t really matter where they are made.

expensive electronics are usually not rubbish. The worlds best selling high quality electronics are virtually all made in china.

a huge percentage of cheap electronics are made in china and are made a with as few and lowest cost components as possible, so naturally much could be called rubbish.

TLDR don’t buy cheap & you are unlikely to get rubbish.

Lots of nit picking as usual but no answers ????

If you want something to last, then logitec mice are good - I have a mx master 2 which is way better than any apple mouse (but that depends upon your use case) - They last for years, however they are expensive.

They have some cheaper models but they aren't rechargeable, only battery. In a moment of thriftiness, I bought a M330 Silent Plus, for around 500B, was OK for a few months until I realized I missed the customizable buttons of the higher priced models.

Got answers, but anti-China doesn't leave many options.

Go to LAZ, see what's available, read reviews, cross reference with other sites ... buy.

Hit the mall if you want hands on, and can peek at probably 3 chain stores in one place.

If in Krung Thep, Fortune IT Mall, and have 10 large shops to choose from.
