Sometimes they're even installed incorrectly and need to be redone, a process, if going by the roadworks near us, takes around 127 years.

The persons who authorised all those should be put in jail and made to pay back All the money they Wasted on this. 

This is totally insane this is out of this world.

It might be embarrassing to find out who owns the company the produces and sells the lamp posts.
