dastott
Hello. I have been happily using the Bolt taxi app in Phuket but will be travelling from Bangkok (BKK) airport to Pattaya. Do Bolt or Grab drivers do this route? If not, how much should I be paying for an airport taxi or hotel transfer to Jomtien? Any recent info much appreciated. Cheers. Tom Taxi is 1000 baht, safe and reliable. Although I would take the "Jomtien Bus" for 130 baht. Then for 10 baht you can hop on a baht bus to your hotel or condo. Or take a Bolt from the bus stop for around 50 baht. Or perhaps walk depending where you are staying. Another option is the Bell Bus 2 hours ago, dastott said: Do Bolt or Grab drivers do this route? dastott
Thank you. I have a bike box with me which makes taking public transport a hassle. I remember taking the Bell Bus back in 2007, my last visit to Jomtien. Will contact Tom Taxi. Thanks again.

Skeptic7
Have used both BOLT & GRAB from BKK to Jomtien. Pick up location can be a problem unless you speak enough Thai. Some of the drivers speak decent enough English. If you go to the Public Taxi stand they will try to get B2000 and may settle for B1500. That Tom Taxi sounds like the best and cheapest option. Never tried but good info.
PeachCH
https://mrtpattayataxi.com/ During my stay in Thailand, used Mr T dozens of time. Was very reliable.
dastott
Thank you all. Ended up booking Tom Taxi as I can imagine it's tricky for Grab or Bolt drivers to find passengers in the airport scrum. My Thai is not enough to explain locations yet sadly. Agree I've been using MrT for over a decade. No big issues to discuss, very pleased.

Scouse123
I use these guys wherever I am going in Thailand, be it Koh Chang, Airport to hotel in Bangkok or whatever. Fully insured 4X4 s brand new cars, English spoken, spotless cars! A little bit more expensive, but worth it. Airport to Pattaya is 1600/1700 Baht. Decided to give Nam's taxi a spin next time. Glad to hear both survived the recession.
