Thai Airways Adds Boeing 777-300ERs to Meet Increasing Demand

BANGKOK (NNT) - To meet the increasing demand for flights after the easing of travel restrictions, Thai Airways International (THAI) will add three Boeing 777-300ERs to its fleet by the end of this month.

Spending during Songkran this year projected to be lowest in ten years

 

 

Spending by the public during the long Songkran holiday next week is projected to be the lowest in a decade, because consumers are tending to be more careful due to concerns over the price increases of oil and consumer products, according to the forecast by the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce ‘s (UTCC) Centre for Economic and Business Forecasting.

PPRP’s Pareena equates Supreme Court verdict to ‘political death sentence’

Advisor to the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) Dr. Udom Kachinthorn, claimed today (Friday) that actual daily infections at present may be around 100,000 and this may increase during and after the long Songkran holiday next week, as more people gather together.

The Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) has approved, but only in principle, to ease more restrictions on international arrivals, tentatively from May, according to CCSA Spokesman Dr. Taweesin Visanuyothin.
