I've been working at a small int'l school for 5 months. The owner will provide a copy of the first and last pages of my work permit, but not the permit itself, which I paid for.

In addition, the owner will not provide a copy of my contract, any tax ID card, or my teaching license. She would have to be somehow forced to hand them over.

Do I have a definite right to have them and if so how can force her to give them to me? Tnx for any help.

With an owner like this why would you want to continue working there? Lots of teaching jobs available that provide the proper paperwork. Check out www.ajarn.com

You are by law required to have your work permit on you while working, so the school is breaking the law.

Tax card and teaching license is your property as well, and the school are not supposed to keep that.
