Thai media 77kaoded published a video after Muang district police in Krabi, southern Thailand, went to a house in Krabi Noi sub-district following a disturbance.

 

Khiaw Daengkhao, 73, said his son Sorasak, 32, had gone berserk with a meat cleaver.

 

He had slashed 10 20 liter water containers with the knife. The property is a grocer's at the house owned by Khiaw.

 

The father feared more trouble and wanted his son taken into rehab as he is a drug addict.

The door was locked so Khiaw removed panels so that the police could enter.

 

Inside there was no need for the cops to use their riot poles.

 

As jaunty music played on the video, Sorasak came quietly saying he wanted hospital treatment. 

 

He was taken to rehab without incident.

Do they not have a reception desk at his local rehab centre?
