My 90 days reporting is due in the middle of next month according to the slip in my passport but I just renewed my "retirement visa" so do I stick with the original reporting date or count 90 days from the date of the extension renewal?

90 report has nothing to do with annual extension.

Stick with your report date.

Your extension does not automatically reset you 90 day reporting , go with the date on the 90 day slip in your passport .
