I've a friend vaccinated in Thailand with same expiry date that obtained the thailandpass also if in Europe it would be considered expired. Does thaipass app approves expired EU vaccines requests? Now if you are talking about the vaccine still in the bottle, yes they have an expiration date, which means they need to be given prior to.
