The harsh reality seems to begin to sink in. Rebooting from scratch is very challenging.

Optimism and hope springs eternal for the reinvigoration of tourism.  Looking at the prices of condos and homes this past week and I have noticed some have gone down in price while others have increased the price of not only the monthly rental but the house and condo price as well.  Some folks still believe that they can raise prices as tourists will come and buy them while others seem to be more realistic....

thousands and thousands of condos empty  but they still keep building ..long gone are the 1 million baht 35   square mtrs have you seen the prices of some 1 bed and even bedsits 2... 3  million good luck with that

cut down on all the <deleted> to get into the bloody place and maybe just maybe tourists will come back ...but these estimates are dreams
