Well I just checked on Lazada, before i made a similar comment, and of course it depends on what level of safety will be followed here, they are from 300B - 30,000B Still I guess the cheap one is better than naff all.

Honestly officer he is 7yrs old  , just looks young for his age, ????  and just a late developer. no he can't walk or talk yet, and still loves his bottle ???? ."the diaper?" Oh yes poor soul incontinent too. :unsure:

they cant enforce Thais not wearing helmet /jumping red lights and driving the wrong side -- SO WHAT THE CHANCE on this new ruling /???
