My car's rear spoiler is too heavy for the trunk. It slams hard when let go. It can be dangerous sometimes especially when I have to reach in deep for stuff as it could easily slam on my back.

Does anyone know where to have hydraulic hinges installed? I've seen some cars and vans with it.

Most auto repair shops should be able to handle that. You could pick up the required unit down at Worachak in Bangkok, among other areas. I would not be surprised if you could find them at Central as well.

It is the intersection of worachak and Lan Luang roads, not too far from Chinatown. You can find it on a good map. You can find parts for almost any make of car or truck there, and accessories as well. If you jump in a cab and say Worachak that should get you there. There is also a bus that passes by there from Hualomphong. If you tell the info desk near the exit on the side by the taxis that you want a bus that passes Worachak they can tell you, but a taxi from there will only cost about 50 Baht and is much quicker.
