CW immigration on Monday?

Im sorry if this is the wrong section.

 

On monday (16 may) i heard many offices and works will be off because of some religious day.

 

I was wondering if anyone knows CW immigration will be off too on Monday.

You know that friday and monday are off days. Its a 4 day holiday! So i was asking immigration too or not. My friend working at government and that office is closed. So even you can make the relation why i was wondering immigration will be close or not (immigration is also a government place) every government offices are off. 

 

Also... how come you can decide 'close' or else?
