MarcelV Posted May 14, 2022 Share Posted May 14, 2022 -The driver must be the legal owner of the car. -The car has to be paid off completely. -The windshield cannot have a film of more than 40%. -The car must have Malaysian-style black stickers (with white characters) with the Thai license plate letters translated into Rumi (Latin) script. -Your local DLT office must provide you with an English sheet/leaflet of ownership. -Once having crossed the border, you must get a Malaysian car insurance policy asap.
