Flood and runoff warning issued for 34 provinces by Irrigation Department

Daily News reported the director of the Irrigation department Praphit Janma as warning about runoff and flooding in 34 Thai provinces from now until the middle of next week.

 

Recent heavy rains and more to come in the latest storm have raised the risk in large swathes of the north, north east, central region, central west and south.

Among the provinces at risk are Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Korat, Udon Thani, Kanchanaburi, Phetchaburi, Rayong, Phuket and Bangkok and surrounding areas.

So that's a 50/50 chance then... half of Thailand flooded again.
