carlyai
I'm looking for a place to buy a couple of things. 1. An attachment from the kitchen cold water supply to the cold tap and a branch to the drinking water filter. As in the pictures. 2. Stainless steel nuts and, bolts for the swimming pool ladder. The pool ladder is stainless but the nuts that hold the stairs on are not. So a shop that sells stainless nuts and bolts. They do have these specialist shops in Aus. but not sure if they have them here yet or not. Really nuts and bolts that try not to rust in a salt water pool. Need to filter as to size etc. ????
Yellowtail
Are you sure the nuts are truly rusting? Carbon contamination (generally from tooling) on stainless-steel "rusts", but will often clean right off.
eia310e
I believe for best outdoor use, you should make sure to get SUS 316 grade, or marine grade. Most all of the local stainless utensils and hardware here are grade 304. It will cost significantly more, but worth it. A friend of mine brought his own nuts/screws from overseas to build an outdoor table. 15 years later, no rust. It is available here, perhaps this link will help. https://www.lazada.co.th/tag/316-grade-stainless-steel/

Rust discoloration is happening on the ladder around the nuts that hold the pool ladder together. I think I'll just replace the 12 nuts and bolts with the ones from Lazada. Lazada has come a long way and I never thought marine grade SS would be found on their site.
