do you know the average price in private clinic/hospital for blood and urine analysis with creatinine, cholesterol , psa , sugar, etc )

It varies from one to another. Google the hospitals.

Phitsanuvej in P'lok is about Bht 4500 for basic and up & up you go.. Local govt hospital Bht 1200

With any product or service, depends who & where you buy from.  I've had those done for < 5k baht, and saw them advertised / check-ups for 20-50k baht.

 

I get a full check up (non cardiac) every year or so, at private hospital for < 9k baht, wife/female is 12k, I think.  Actually due for one this year, and maybe next week.  Haven't checked what's available locally, and usually have done at Krung Thep.
