NAoZ
I was checking for a place to do a PCR test for my upcoming flight out of Thailand. Many places had PCR and then fit-to-fly for additional cost. What and why do (did) we need fit-to-fly on top of a PCR test?
Captain Monday
"Fit to Fly". A separate signed attestation from a Doctor/medical personnel in addition to the covid test result lab report. Thailand required it for a while, long since abolished. Never heard of other countries requiring it for entry. If you don't need it don't pay for it. internationalism
Big chance even this pcr requirement will be replaced by atk or completely dropped - that if you are vaxed. follow news just max 4 days before your flight, to save yourself hassle and costs. Pcr usually takes less than 24h, atk instant result (that one you can do at the airport - bangkok some 500b and 1h wait, level 1 door 7. Probably also at departure level (but i haven't explore it).
