There was a bust in Vietnam within the last 2 years of some people repackaging/reselling used condoms.

Any kind of garbage is acceptable in any quantity, except condoms. Syringes are ok, as long as they're not from drug addicts.

As a kid I used to hang about in a bus shelter, simply somewhere to be. I think you mean the car park/ forecourt area on the roadside... yes I too have seen ball games played there.
