Hotel reservation or Thai Pass

Is a hotel reservation still require for the Thai Pass, or, once in Thailand can I travel straight o my residence?  Entering on Non IM O retirement and have ife and house in Thailand.

Why not simply end the nonsense and get some tourists back?

My reply was responding to the following:

'Get some tourists  back'

My point is that already in a very short time despite  restrictions over half a million  have returned. The phrase

'Get some tourists  back'

suggests there are no tourists  at all. This is not true.
