Thai policeman sentenced to 50 years on bribery conviction

 

 

A police officer has been sentenced to 50 years in prison after he was found guilty, by the Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases, of demanding and taking bribes, totalling 641,000 baht, from a soapy massage parlour in Bangkok.

Mask mandate cancellation and hours extension of entertainment venues to be considered by Thailand’s National Covid-19 Center next week

 

 

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has initially introduced a proposal for the cancellation of the mask mandate to the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA).
