Best Place To Get Non Imm B Visa For Volunteer Work?

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE BEST BORDERING COUNTRY TO GET A CLASS B IMM VISA FOR VOLUNTEER WORK? ALSO ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT THE LETTER SHOULD STATE.

I thought you were teaching for an exceptional salary? The letter from your school would entitle you to a non-imm B. If however they are not giving you a work permit (not even gonna think about what happens if the school gets raided) you might find yourself flying with a letter from the school and hopefully proof of taxes being paid to Perth or somewhere else in Australia.
