About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting dental leads into bookings while building a pipeline of referrals for future bookings. You will need to have great communication and listening skills and be passionate about helping patients achieve their dental and medical goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Convert all warm leads received by phone, chat, email and other communication channels into bookings.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and coverage on all front lines (phone/chat/live chat/social media)
  • Follow up with each patient to assure appointment attendance and sales targets
  • Actively listen to patients' needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and achieve their medical or dental goals.
  • Log and track all leads through our CRM.
  • Respond to all leads within the agreed SLA.
  • Collaborate with other inside sales team members to help achieve company goals.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by following up on cold leads and referrals for future bookings.
  • Work within the agreed schedule. (Available to work on weekends if required)
  • Attend regular team meetings.
  • Attend training and coaching sessions as required.
  • Help build the world’s largest global medical and dental online agency.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3- 5 years Sales experience.
  • 2+ years Contact Center experience.
  • Ability to handle high volume of email, phone, chat, social media traffic (leads & prospects)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written),
  • Thai an advantage
  • Excellent listening and writing skills with a 40+ WPM typing ability
  • Travel savvy - international travel experience will be an advantage.
  • Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM and other tools.
  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
  • Night and weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
  • Experience with elderly clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity & knowledge of medical and dental procedures is a plus.
