Can a minor be a director of a Thai company?

And he can hold shares if 12 years old or older, or younger if the company is already setup.

 

so founders must be 12 yo and more.

shareholders can be younger.

 

The Thai Civil and Commercial Code (TCCC) sets out the minimum qualifications for directors as follows:
■ A director must be a natural person who is at least 20 years old;
■ A director must not be incompetent; and
■ A director must not be an undischarged bankrupt.
