Most weed prices have come down a lot. The place that I have found to have the best weed & pricing is from: https://prikpot.com/   They offer FREE delivery anywhere in Thailand. As for myself I look for the best weed to get me the "high" that I want, not the best price. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Actually, IMHO, this one looks like one of the best of the lot. This higher priced bud they have looks like indoor grow. This could be 23%-26% THC range flower.
 

These look like nice, dense nuggets with good trichomes and a much different class when compared to the cheaper (10 Baht and below) stuff they offer, which looks to me like loose, leafy outdoor grow.

The only way to tell whether weed is good is to smoke it. Grab your glass taster, I like the Grav 9 mm myself, and rip off approximately 1/20 of a gram, stuff it in the taster and suck it down. Gaze off into the distance with a knowing and meaningful expression. Wrinkle your nose like you just had a carefully swirled glass of Fussy Pussy 1981 and evaluate your incipient Buzz before you reach into your pocket. Easy peasy. 

 

Alternatively, someone you trust can tell you what's good. But playing chicken choke games over pictures is silly. I could take my camera and Photoshop and make brown ditch weed look like THC encrusted legendary Matanuska Valley Thunderfock, which I dare say 95% of you have never smoked. There's literally millions of weed bud pictures on the stock photo sites.

 

If someone posts here that weed is good, and they're not working for a weed company, then by all means, why would anybody argue with them. If Britman messaged me and told me that there was fabulous weed for a dollar a gram at such and such a place in Bangkok I'd pay them a visit. I've smoked with him and dude knows weed.

 

You guys should get together and have a stoner Meetup where everybody can bring their bud and everybody could smoke some and try it and pass on tips as to where the good cheap stuff is. Go get a couple of tables in the Nana Plaza beer bar weed smoking section and start the cheap weed club or something. But honestly, I try to read this topic to see what's happening in the weed business and all people are doing is posting pictures and waving their peckers.

I disagree with your bold statement. Just because you made some bubble hash with ice cubes in 1987 doesn't mean much.

 

I made 2 different assesmets just by looking at pics and have all the confidence in the world thay I am right. 

 

I call it how I see it. If that makes me seem like a jaggoff then so be it. I can back it up.

 

I'd be more than willing to smoke up anyone to showcase why I speak as I do. 

 

I'll offer a free edible to make a point as well.

Kid I doubt you were even a brown stain on the mattress when I started smoking weed and ill smoke your weed anytime you want. What are you trying to prove? Why the obsession with trying to brag about finding weed even cheaper? It's down to $1 per gram already for decent buds. It cost even more than that 40 years ago when it was highly illegal. The price in Thailand has already dropped to about one-tenth of what it costs in other countries, making further reductions seem almost irrelevant. For the price of a single night out drinking in Bangkok, you can easily buy enough smoke to stay stoned every day for a month or two. Even if the price were to drop another 50%, would it really make much of a difference at this point?

I ordered some weed as a test from your new supplier and sampled several of their higher priced strains in the ฿24–฿29 per gram price range, and overall, I was impressed.
 

It is all what I’d classify as Thai “top-shelf” or “exotic” cannabis, far superior to the dry, leafy, and loose mid-grade buds typically found in that ฿25 per gram price range. In fact, this might be the first time I’ve seen this higher-quality type of bud being sold at this lower end price point.

 

None of the buds contained seeds, and all were the real deal. The quality generally aligns with indoor-grown, temperature and light controlled cannabis rather than the lower-grade greenhouse varieties. The buds  are tight, well-formed, and likely contain THC levels in the 23%–26% range across all the strains, based on my guess-estimation of course. Leafiness is minimal, with only a small amount of it noticeable on the lowest priced strain I ordered. Bud sizes range from small to midsized, nothing excessively large, but no “popcorn” sized buds either. A few small buds mixed in though, which seem to have broken off from larger ones.

 

As the price increases from ฿24 to ฿29 per gram, the quality noticeably improves a bit, with buds becoming larger, tighter and denser. None of the weed is overly dry and there is a bit of elasticity when you break up the buds, but not much resin to speak of overall. I do prefer less resin like this though because it also means cleaning is less often needed on my vape equipment. 

 

The terpenes are not super strong, but they are adequate and flavor profiles vary slightly between strains, though not dramatically. What stood out most was the visual distinction between strains: some buds were round and compact, while others were longer and thinner, and with a variety of colors. This diversity suggests that these are all hopefully genuinely different strains rather than just mild variations of a single plant.

 

One detail I did notice was that some buds appeared slightly compressed, possibly due to previously being transported in vacuum-sealed bags, a common shipping practice in Thailand between growers and vendors and/or between wholesalers and retailers to prevent humidity during transit and to make the smell from larger shipments more concealed. Excessive vacuum pressure sometimes flattens and crushes the edges of the buds, thus affecting their fluffiness and overall appearance. However, this has no real impact on quality. Once ground for use, the compressed buds perform exactly as expected, making it only an aesthetic issue. The product I received was packaged in small, but loosely packed Ziploc bags, so if any compression on the buds did occur, it likely happened during the earlier stages of transport, prior to when it was posted out to me.

 

In conclusion, 0.25-0.50 of a gram got me sufficiently high for at least 1.5 hours on all the strains I tried.

Yesterday, I had me some Izzy kid victims all smoking their Tuktuk weed mixed with tobacco. Thats a disgusting Eurotrash convention, but no mind. So I layered 1/20th of a gram of $2 (wholesale in BKK $750 kilo, plus transport into Cambodia) weed topped with a touch of $8 gram kief ($4000 wholesale, plus transport), just a touch mind you, into my 9mm Grav Hitter, made sure the air passage was clear, and I made the little rookie rip the whole thing in one burn.

 

His face went blank. Literally blank. Then the cough and the stupid smile.

 

So I then handed him my plugs QR and said if you ever need good weed here, use this menu.

 

They all downloaded it.

 

I dont offer that as any indication that I am anyhting other than a voice on the ether, but if you read this topic you will get a finger on who here is a real stoner just trying to help out the bros, and who is playing the ego needs game and who is trying to make a buck.

 

Like I said, form a He Man Weed Smokers Club, meet once a month under terms of extreme secrecy in Nana, exchange weeds, smoke up and then write reports.
