" Out of their heads slumped" you just can't help your self can you ? so would that be worse than lying unconscious in their own vomit and urine having drunkenly beat their wife to a pulp whilst drunk?

This is just an utterly and nonsence anounsment. Everybody knows that the police in Thailand will never ever drink or use pot while on the job. The police are here to protect and serve, and we the sivil population have our trust in thee.

No.

So why do they say Recreational use is Illegal if like you say the THC content doesn't matter?

You're not allowed to use marijuana recreationally

People who smoke pot in public in Thailand will be subject to a potential three-month jail sentence and a fine of more than $700.
