Enthusiastic foreign General Manager required for an existing 60 seat restaurant in central Pattaya. Applicants must be able to take charge, and work as a team member with the existing service/kitchen staff.

Experience in European/English style cuisine essential, basic knowledge of Thai food beneficial but not essential. Duties also include menu development, food costing, staff training and food hygiene.

Established for over 20 years our restaurant has an incredible reputation for high standards of food quality and customer service. The successful applicant would be required to keep up with these high standards.

Although, this position is predominantly targeted towards applicants with extensive kitchen experience there is also an opportunity for the successful applicant to use his/her experience at front-of-house if their skill set allows
