BKK governor says contractor accountable for delay in Sukhumvit 103 tunnel project

Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt announced Sunday that the contractor for the construction of the 4.9 billion baht underground tunnel project in Sukhumvit Soi 103, Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Plc, must be held accountable for the delays.

A PARAMILITARY unit together with border anti-narcotics officers seized a large amount of a new type of ecstasy pill cutely shaped like a teddy bear but having aphrodisiacal properties as well as some strong sleeping tablets on the Thai bank of Mekong river in Nakhon Phanom province Saturday (July 16), Sanook.com said today.
