555 My introduction to porn aged 11 was when my dear papa came back to England from New York and pulled a Playboy (not yet published in the UK)

Ah,  the days of the old Analog porn.

Trouble was after a few weeks,  it was very hard to turn the pages. :giggle:

Lol too dirty right. And to think that as a kid you'd find them in parks and bring them home. Yuck

What is "Porn (ographic material)?

I remember a movie in the early '80's which was banned because of "Pornograhic".
Yet, the whole movie didn't show any naked parts of a woman or a man that would be Pornographic.
But according to the law enforcers, the movie "showed man and woman in actions that would lead the viewer to get excited".
Tik-Tok movies, shown by the thousands by young girls on that platform, don't show any "Porn" but are always shown in in a very short Bikini or showing movements that excites the viewer in order to gain followers.
I concur with a lot of posters that the DES is filled with Dinosaurs, living in the stone age, who have no clue about the Internet.

What is the problem with porn?

Sex and sexual stuff is part of being human.  We are not in some strict Muslim place...where it's fine to chop peoples heads off in public but horrific to look at a picture of a naked woman.

Let them have all the porn they want.  It's not bad for health...it's better than drinking and drugs, and gives people pleasure and relaxation..

It's also better than unwanted pregnancy and STD's.

Yeah, good thing. Keep them stupid and naive. Paps and mom of course are not give them sexual education nor does the school. So when nature kicks in at, lets say, when they are 15 or 16 they do the thing and as a result, the girl is pregnant, the boy runs away fast, grandpa and grandma become the nanny and the lady with an aborted education can start looking for a simple job. So stay the decency rascal and forbid everything. This is what you get when the powers to be belong in an retirement home.

Whilst I totally support the fact that children should not have access to Porn I cannot understand the access everyone including children have to online murder scenes and violent crime yet strangely no-one seems to care about this!! You have to ask yourself why are there no laws preventing this, I dont remember it ever getting a mention!!! Its a sad out of whack world that we live in!!!

Agree with you..

It's considered ok to let young people watch violence, murder, wars and destruction, but sex (a natural and enjoyable part of our lives) is considered horrific and less acceptable.

Some porn has been accused of being a gateway to child abuse.... that is a concern.

Not an issue until a child of yours becomes a victim?

Yep, its completely out of whack, what's naturally a highlite of our lives is frowned upon by supposed do gooders. Take a look at animals in their natural habitat, they are having sex as soon as there bodies are reproductive. That doesnt mean I believe young girls should have babies as soon as they physically can but educate them about birth control from an early age and slow down these unwanted or unplanned babies! Once they have birth control firmly in their heads let them screw each others brains out!!

Sorry, I though this was about teenagers.  The OP is about Thai 'youth'.

Why would small children be searching for porn on the internet  anyway?

It always amazes me how Thai police and authorities waste so much time and effort on trivial matters like these, while at the same time organized crime can pretty much do as they please.

Well can't blame them,  for not looking at themselves to much.

No need for the patronising reply.

You are talking about a different subject.   It's not really related to the OP or what I was taking about.

Please do not blame me that you did not grasp the point and went off at a tangent.

.I thought it a valid response to what you said, particularly
