I’m guessing at least 10M length. 10 x 4 is a basic backyard pool here. If you are a good swimmer I would consdider a little longer or have swim jets installed. We have done a few. We have the space. Would be looking for around years end after the trauma of the house build subsides. If you're a good swimmer then a lap pool is what you're looking for. 15 m in length should be enough.
