My gf's brother has a decent job making 24kplus he gets accident insurance money after losing both hands as electrician. He had his old mother's ATM card and plunderd the account shamelessly. 98 Baht left with12 days in June to go. ** The ATM was reported lost. And he had refused to hand the one he used back to his mother.** Q: How do you think the family would or should deal with this black sheep?

Easy to see why handing the card back would be difficult or even impossible for him.

Maybe someone with two good hands could help him out...reach into his pocket, get his wallet, remove the card and give it back to mom?

The easiest solution, of course, is to cancel the card. The biggest question is why are you involved at all? Despite what they have told you, the family knows how to deal with itself - they don't need you.

How the heck did he enter the pin number? the amounts?

What kind of job can you do for 24K in Thailand without the use of your hands? :o Oh! Right!

But how does he m-a-s-t-u-r-b-a-t-e?

...

Oh .. yah .. just cancel the card and don't tell him the pin for the new ones.
