Seeking nearest Land Transport Office to Det Udom

My wife and I are usually at our house north of Suvarnabhumi and use the Land Transport Office there for road tax and insurance renewal.

But my wife is currently in her village near DET UDOM (on the main road an hour's drive south of Ubon Ratchathani) and road tax and insurance is coming up for renewal.

(I'm currently in UK, and my wife cannot read and write, hence needs a lot of help with basic things.)

Does anyone know where I can get the location of the nearest Land Transport Office?

There must be one around Det Udom (it's an amphur) rather than travelling up to Ubon Ratchathani.
