My friend just went back to Thailand with his Thai wife and kids and they waved him straight in and never asked for anything, never tested anyone and never asked to see his rapid Antigen results, but don't take the risk get it done and you can get straight in you don't need a PCR, just a professional Rapid Antigen test done within 72 hours before arrival Yeah wow, My post mentioned Pro-ATK....... if you bothered to read it. 1

After all the people getting banged up during Covid testing positive in Bangkok, when they got on the plane with a negative, I would NEVER trust Bangkok to do the test. To easy for them to bang you with a huge bill by saying you are positive, when you really weren't. There were plenty of stories in the international news of this happening in Thailand 1

geisha Posted August 18, 2022 Posted August 18, 2022 I just ask my local labo for a RT PCR test for traveling abroad, results end of day if done in morning. The certificate states RT PCR., I’m in France.

You will need a RT PCR if unvaccinated. They will ask you to present the certificate when you check in for your flight before boarding.
