Another person, injured in the August 5th blaze at the Mountain B pub in Sattahip district of Chon Buri province, died yesterday (Friday) at Thammasat University Hospital, bringing the death toll to 18.

The 17-year-old victim Siriwan had been on life-support since she was admitted to the hospital after the fire, according to her elder sister.

The patient had to have her right leg amputated, due to blood poisoning, and she also suffered from pulmonary oedema, she said, adding that doctors at the hospital had tried their best to save her life, but she succumbed to her injuries yesterday.

Bad enough when it was 13 dead when this first occurred but the numbers creep up and now 18 dead because of turning a blind eye to rules and regulations. RIP to the latest victim.

Sad. How many more people have to die before the law punishes the owner. Anyone know if the owner is police custody or other?

I hope the Mountain B family are reading all this and taking in what they've done.

He was given bail... so he can rest easy in comfort at home, while his victims are in excruciating pain in hospital.
